Store-bought granola bars often contain a long list of ingredients like vegetable oils, palm oil, glucose or oligofructose syrup, soya lecithin and many others. It’s pretty clear why we’re not a fan of these bars! This granola bar recipe contains only natural, whole foods and couldn’t be easier to make – a win win =) they are nutrient dense and a great source of fibre, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and copper.
