  • 1/2 a lime

quesadilla’s are always a winner, and they’re good at anytime of day. they’re great served hot straight from the pan, and equally good in a lunchbox. 100% corn tortillas are best here. if you’re getting tortillas from the supermarket then make sure you check the label as they often contain lots of not-so-great additives and preservatives.
